The
perfect place for a relaxing holiday Our
long established family business caters for families and couples who enjoy the peace and quiet of the
North Norfolk countryside and coast whilst still having access to all modern facilities.
Manor Farm is set in 18 acres of peaceful countryside on a small mixed farm with
sheep. A rural farm track runs through the site making it quiet and safe
for children and pets and far away from any busy roads. You can walk
along the farm tracks and public footpaths, through the adjoining National Trust
woodlands or explore the numerous bridleways by bicycle. |

All the on-site facilities you need for you and your family We
know how important it is to have clean, well maintained facilities when
you are on holiday. The site is served by six
amenity blocks, all with free hot water to the hand basins and
better power showers than you would find in many hotels!
Hairdryer and razor points are provided in all blocks. We
have
two laundry rooms, both with coin operated Miele washing machines and tumble
dryers. Freezers are provided for your ice packs on Marl Pit and Moll's Meadow.
There are chemical disposal points
and waste facilities on each field. Gas
cylinders, tourist information leaflets and advice are available from Reception at the
Farmhouse. |

You choose the field that's
best for you
There are three regularly mown and well drained
grass fields each with their own individual character:

Gurney's Plantation |

Marl Pit Field |

Moll's Meadow
|
Gurney's Plantation
(caravans and motor homes only) A
landscaped terraced
field consisting of 60 level serviced pitches,
most with panoramic sea views.
There are two amenity blocks with free hot showers, washing up
facilities and a separate disabled
toilet/washroom. A play area with swings and climbing frame is provided to keep the
children amused.
This field is for caravans and motor homes only and no dogs are
allowed.
Marl Pit (caravans,
motor homes and tents) This large field is divided by a row of trees and surrounded by hedges and
woodland. There are 49 serviced pitches for either tents or caravans. The remaining area is unmarked and
if you do not require a serviced pitch you may choose your own spot.
There is an adventure play area for the children adjoining this field. Many
pitches have sea views. There are two amenity blocks, both with free hot showers and
washing up facilities. One has a separate disabled toilet/washroom
and a laundry room.
This field is for suitable for caravans, motor homes and tents and no dogs are
allowed.
Moll's Meadow (caravans,
motor homes and tents) Moll's Meadow is well screened and has
some wonderful views over the adjoining countryside and woods. It has 38
serviced pitches for tents or caravans. The remaining area is unmarked
leaving those who do not require a serviced pitch free to choose their
own location.
There are two amenity blocks, both with free hot showers. One also
has washing up facilities and a laundry room.
We like dogs and have therefore allocated Moll's Meadow for those
who don't want the family pet to miss out on the fun! All we ask
is that our canine guests are well behaved, not left unattended and kept on a short lead at all
times. They must be exercised off the site - there are farm tracks
nearby suitable for this. Up to two dogs can be accommodated on
a pitch.
